General shipping info & FAQs

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon go out that day. The cutoff for Thursday shipping is 9am.

"I just remembered something! Can you add it to my order?"

We don't have access to your payment info, so we can't add items to your order.

If you realize that you forgot an item right after placing an order, just place another order for the missing item(s) and shoot us an email at to call our attention to it. We will combine the orders and refund you any excess shipping from that second order.

"I got a delivery notification but my order hasn't shown up!"

It isn't uncommon for people to receive delivery notifications before the package is actually delivered. We're not sure if they sometimes scan the package at the post office right before delivery, but typically the package shows up within 24 hours.

Please let us know if the package hasn't shown up by the typical USPS delivery time the next day and we'll get it all sorted out.
